Climate Change Pathway

The Climate Change pathway examines the impacts we have on the Climate through our lifestyles and how our actions can influence the situation in a positive way.

Local Examples

Greta Thunberg, the young environmental activist, started her fight for climate in 2018 at 15 standing outside Swedish parliament with a sign reading “School Strike for Climate”. She soon gained global recognition after addressing the 2018 United Nations Climate Change Conference, which inspired student strikes to take place every week somewhere in the world. Greta Thunberg’s ‘School Strike for Climate’ global movement even made it to Bermuda, with locals and school groups such as the Warwick Academy Eco-committee getting involved.
